The vast majority of orders are shipped on the same day the order is placed, before 3:00 PM. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, are shipped the next business day. We ship orders from a warehouse in Kharkiv or Kyiv. The delivery time for most orders is 1 business day, in some cases this period may be 2-3 days.
The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of the delivery service.
Shipments to the EU and other international destinations are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, in accordance with Incoterms® 2020. We arrange and cover delivery to your address; the cost is quoted individually based on your destination and the size/weight of your order.
As shipments originate outside the EU (Ukraine), local import VAT and any customs clearance fees are payable by the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.
100% prepayment is required before production/shipment, via invoice by SEPA bank transfer.
