Return and exchange

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to exchange the goods for a similar one within 14 days if the purchased goods did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons, and if the product appearance, labels and the payment document issued by the seller together with the goods are preserved. The exception is goods that are not subject to return under the Law, you can view their list at the link.

1. General provisions

2. Right to return

Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the following conditions are met:

The goods have not been used;

The original appearance, packaging and consumer properties are preserved;

There is a confirmation of purchase (check, electronic receipt, etc.).

3. Refund terms

The money is returned to the buyer's bank card specified when submitting the request.

The refund period is up to 14 business days from the moment of confirmation of acceptance of the goods for return.
